Secure Your Session
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This amount reflects your commitment to the appointment and will be applied to your final service balance.
Session Completion
Final payments are due upon completion of your hair service. Royalee Loc'd accepts Zelle, Cash, and all major cards to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Cancellations & Lateness
Cancellation Policy
Grace Period
No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid impacting other clients, and a late fee will be applied.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will be restricted from booking future appointments at Royalee Loc'd.
